Best time to visit Kashmir

I am planning to visit Sommarg , Gulmarg , Srinagar and Pahalgam in the late july season. Is it good to visit these places at that time ? Please suggest.

    Late July is fine except you could run into the monsoon.Rains can never be accurately predicted in the hills but the chances in July end are high.The Amarnath yatra will also be on so expect a lot of rush.

    Curfew in Srinagar has been lifted today , after five days. I wouldn´t stop reading the news yet though.
