My husband and I will be doing a 6 night 'Cultural Triangle' tour of Sri Lanka next week. Could anyone give us an idea of how much we should tip him for the week? Are we expected to get him lunch/snacks/etc. during the tour? What sort of tips are expected in hotels, restaurants, etc? Would be very grateful for any replies. Thanks.
