guesthouse in colombo

Hi. I know there are many many guesthouses in Colombo, but I just thought I would post and see if anyone can tell me any GREAT guesthouses -- cheaper would be good (under20) and I would love for it to be personable (ie. I can talk to the family, eat with them??) That sort of thing. I would really like to get know some of the locals. What do you think? Thanks, Judy
