Trieste to Split bus timetables

I'm hoping to travel from Trieste to Split on 18th or 19th August. The only website I can find (www.autotrans.hr) says the bus leaves at 17.30 and arrives at 4am. Are there any buses leaving in the morning so I can seen the coastal scenery? Also, don't like the idea of arriving in Split in the early hours. If that is the only option, any suggestions for what to do at that time? Thanks
