Caso contrario ¿Qué se podría eliminar si es menos imperdible? ¿Qué no debería perderme? Desde ya gracias a todos.

To answer your question. You need to do basic research using guides on the internet and in book form and determine what YOU are interested in and can be eliminated. You certainly need to recognize the time you will expend travelling accommodation door to accommodation door in unfamiliar surroundings, otherwise almost all you will see is (whatever) transport and accommodation.
