Is there a place in padre island where I can park my minivan and put small tent next to it. I am planning to go there on Aug-29-2008 for three day. Thanks

There is a campground on your right as soon as you come off the causeway. Continuing further here is a KOA and where the road ends there is a County-run park, Isla Blanca. Hope this helps.

P.S. The first campground I mentioned is at Sea Ranch Marina. You can google all three of these places for detailed info on their websites.
