camping at lake tahoe

My friends and I are planning to go camping at South Lake Tohoe for 2 nights/ 3 days during Labor day long weekend. But the campsite available does not have shower facility. Would it be possible for us to get around it, say, taking shower at other campsites WITH shower facilities? Thanks, Ellen
