Can you recommend a bike hire place in Reykjavik? How far is it to cycle to Gullfoss? Are there any campsites on the way? Thanks

There is a Bike rental at Hverfisgata, can't remember the name but they have a site on the Internet. They also provide the rental bikes at Reykjavik camp site. It's about 120 km to Gullfoss if you take road 365 between Thingvellir and Laugarvatn. There are campsites in Thingvellir, Laugarvatn and Geysir.
