We'll only have time for one cave, so I'd like to know which one is better in terms of the formations and overall experience. We have two kids (10 & 8),do we'll just do a walking tour, not the extreme spelunking tours.
I had a little one crying through the Jewel Cave, so my review would not be good right now. I actually had to laugh at her when she that the caves belonged to us, but we had to pay to get into it.... Anyway, which ever one you pick you need to call ahead and make a reservation to get into it. We had to get on a list and come back later.
