Hi All, Since there does not seem to be a lot of postings in Suriname itself I was hoping to get some travel info for Suriname. I don't have a date set so I am free to go at any time but I dont know the best time to go or if its a great place to go. I wanted to go because most people dont go but that seems to be part of the problem fining out information about the country. Any help would be greatly apprecaited. Thank you for your time, Matt

How good is your Dutch? There are lots of books, websites and information written in Dutch since they are the most frequent visitors. I too found it very difficult to find information in English in advance of going. But after arrival, it was easy to get around since tourist infrastructure exists and a large amount of them speak English.
