Hotel recommendations

I have checked some hotels to stay, however in september many hotels are already booked. THe options I have are: Hotel La Residenza, Carlton International, Il Faro For us it would be very important to have parking, and to be close to the city center so we could just walk out of the hotel and have restaurant and other attractions right there. We are travelling with a baby and his stroller!
