Take the bus - Sofia to Skopje and Skopje to Ohrid. There are regular services on both legs and so you shouldn't have a long time to wait for connections and once on the road the bus is going to be almost as fast as a taxi.

It's really better take a bus but if you insist it will probably cost around 200 EUR.
