Halo! Anyone familiar with price of the Yemenia flight Mukalla-Socotra? (Yemen) Is it possible to rent a jeep on Socotra- only jeep, not with driver or attender? Is it possible to camp on the beach or anywhere? THNX! Papeete
Hi! I am familiar with the Sana'a-Socotra (Hadibu) flight ticket. It's 200 USD (Yemenia through Mukalla), 220 USD (Felix Air through Aden). As far as I know there is no car rental (w/o driver) on Socotra (my last visit was in 2008, I am thinking about visiting it again this spring, possibly in the beginning of April). To camp somewhere you should ask permission from the owner of the area (usually one of the tribes). Best wishes Attila
