Cheap Accomodation

Hello All, I am in a bit of a dilema. I have a train to catch at 03:10 from Skopje and arrive at the capital at around 8 pm. So I have all those hours to kill. What can i do? Or is it best to get a room for a couple of hours. If so, where would be a good safe hotel/ pension and fairly cheap.. thanks miguelito
