Looking for affordable accommodation.

We intend to visit Lake Garda from September 23 till September 26 (3 nights). Looking for more or less affordable (and nice) accommodation - with at least breakfast - in or around Sirmione.

    i very much liked Desenzano del Garda. Stayed at Hotel Europa - affordable, clean, nothing fancy, on the water. very nice folks and breakfast. nice quiet area and very walkable.

    Plenty of choice in the area and I can't recall the reference name of I place I stayed at! I know, it's out of the way, but should you think of Riva del Garda I can mention a great inexpensive accommodation right in the city center. Benacus Youth Hostel hostelworld.com/hosteldetail... Antonio Stedile, the manager, is a great guy Ph. +39.0464.554911 - E-mail: info@ostelloriva.com I normally don't choose youth hostels but this past June I stayed here with friends on the occasion of a motorcycle tour. Very clean and quiet, they also have rooms with two beds.
