I'm afraid there are no good beaches in Sirmione.
Lake Garda does have them but, generally, they are all very small.
A lot of them are also privately owned by hotels.

Actually, the Garda lake has no "sandy" beach. But a few good one, mainly in pebbels, are in the north. Sirmione si surrounded by shallow waters, not exactly the best side of the lake for swimming, in my opinion. But they are mostly free, and freely accessible.
If youa re willing to travel to the see (not a short drive from there) well, we can discuss further..
