Is there some bureau for booking hotels in downtown in Brussels Airport? I want to book a hotel in Ghent when I arrive (I don't know still the date)

I'm arranging a weekend in Brussels for a group of 12 adults. On the Saturday night I'm trying to find a bar/club that has a restaurant attached to it where we can have something to eat first, then a bit of partying until late. Nothing too pricey/flashy - group age range is late 20's to mid 30's.

Anyone got any recommendations of somewhere suitable? Ideally centrally located (no more than 15 mins walk from Grande Place)

Whilst booking, one of the people I spoke to mentioned a tradition for the groom to wear a badges/pins of some sort on their shirt and they are required to approach woman to ask them to remove them in exchange for something.

I've googled it but not been able to find anything.

Is there such a tradition? Or is someone having a joke with me?

I've booked tomorrow night in a hotel on the Henegouwenkaai 33, Brussels, 1080. I need parking for tomorrow (late afternoon) and Monday all day.

- can I park on the streets at or near this address and what would I have to pay?

- at this address, do I have anything to do with the 'bewonerszone' where one would need a parking pass type A?

I need to get to Brussels Midi from charleroi airport within 7am in the morning. What is the best option for this??? I know about the 13 euro bus. But,I doubt I will get one at 6am. Please suggest.
