There are plenty of public toilets in Singapore. Most are very clean and well kept, especially in touristy areas. MRT stations all have public toilets too.

I agree with Lynne there are plenty of free, clean public toilets. The MRT stations have them so there will be no problem finding a toilet when travelling around.

All public places, malls and train stations have clean and hygienic toilets. Most of them have drinking water facility outside the rest rooms.

Public toilets are clean and well maintained in Singapore. In the tourist areas they are centrally located and easily accessible. I even remember in Clark Quay attendants coming in to clean them and ensuring they were re-stocked with soap and towels.

All Singapore toilets are clean and well maintained. The toilets comes with disposable paper hand towels and toilet paper. Public toilets can be found in all shopping centres, tourist attractions, MRT stations. The last thing you should be concern with (when visiting Singapore) is the public toilets.

Toliets can be found everywhere! Especially in the attractions / central / big MRT areas. They are usually very well maintained too so this should be the least of your worries :)
