We will be in Singapore from 12.30pm until approx 8pm in May. Can you please recommend any tours / attractions suitable for a 5 year old and a 8 month old. Many thanks.

Go to Jurong Bird Park or Singapore Zoo, both are excellent! Sentosa Island is good too!

Hi - the zoo (http://www.zoo.com.sg/) is excellent. The bird park is also good but probably less so (than the zoo) with children your ages. I think Sentosa (sentosa.com.sg/en/attraction... is the best choice. It has quite a few things to do - and the beaches - so you will easily be able to spend 7-8 hours there.

I also recommend the bird park, which is something that most cities don't have (Kuala Lumpur also has a good one). Another thought is the Botanical Garden, which has hectares full of beautiful flowers and lots of room for kids to run around. The Singapore Flyer is also child-friendly. It is a giant Ferris wheel that gives you great views of the city over the course of a 30-minute ride.

The Mandai Zoological Gardens (also referred as the Zoo) or the Jurong Bird Park would be the most ideal place. For the 5 years old, the other option would be the Universal Studio rides.
