Hello . I will be arriving in Naxos on 4th May 2013 ,Easter Saturday . I am staying in Agia Anna . Will there be any shops open so I can buy water & basic groceries . Also I read about a farmers market just outside Chora , how often is this on ?
My first visit to Naxos & travelling alone . I cannot wait for my visit . Any information / tips are welcome .

Currently have 4 days booked in Santorini. Travelling on my own and starting to think that it will be too long. Thinking of going back to Mykonos for the other 2 days. More things to do for a single gay guy. Will 2 days be enough to see the sights of Santorini?
I will be travelling to Mykonos in July and plan to propose to my girlfriend while we are there, I have a few ideas whizzing about my head, but can anybody recommend any places, beaches, restaurants etc to give me a bit of starting point? Having never been before I'm going in completely blind, so any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, I'll be in Santorini for 3 days (early July) with a couple of friends and we're looking for a cheap/decent place to stay if possible. We found out that there's a lot of accommodations in Fira, Imerovigli and Perissa.
However, we'll still unsure of which area would be the best in terms of prices and its accessibility to other areas in santorini. Basically, our itinerary for the 3 days would be to explore around as much and also to relax and enjoy the sceneries. Hope to get some insights. =)
We have recently returned from a fab 2 weeks in Tilos and loved it.This has certainly whet our appetite for the small non tourist greek islands We have also visited Ithaca, patmos & Samos.Looking at self catering in Sikinos and like the sound of Loukas appts and Ostria.we definately want self catering as I LOVE to shop & cook some nights. All we need are good beaches (not worried if pebbles but want shade)A shop for food and a handful of tavernas. We do not want hoards of people loads of nightlife and rowdys Mr & mrs Grumpy we are !!! Anyone care to comment on whether they think Sikinos would meet our requirements? many thanks
Does anyone know of cheap basic accomodation on Sikinos? And are there daily ferries/boats/dolphins there from Santorini during June? Be grateful for any info really.
