travel to Fujian

Hi, I would like to travel from Shenzhen to Yongding county, Fujian from 2nd Jan and returning on the 6th Jan Can anyone advise what times the buses depart and arrive and how much they cost. Also, when & how can i buy the tickets - i am currently living in Zhongshan. THanks in advance Sarah
