Can anyone recommended, any tour companies offering this excursion from Sharm El Sheikh. Im hoping to go in December this year. Also how long does it take to get there by bus, ive seen on a few websites that its 2.5 hours to the Israel border but not sure how long it takes after that?
I knew it was possible few years ago by a bus excursion. I'm not sure it's still possible, you should check locally.

I can imagine it's 2.5 hours to the Taba crossing. However, you've only just started at that point. At busy times it can take several hours to get through the crossing. There's then the small matter of at least 3, maybe 4, hours from Eilat up through the Negev to Jerusalem. There is a small airport in Eilat. It used to be that you could do day trips from Eilat to Jerusalem but they were mostly based on a bus one way and a flight back from Tel Aviv to Eilat. Realistically, I would have thought a day trip from Sharm to Jerusalem would have to be done by flying to Tel Aviv and then busing it. It's not far from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv, and Ben-Gurion airport is on the right side for you.
