Free Transfers - has anyone heard of the company tarot Tours

Going to Sharm in June and the hotel offers free transfers with a company called Tarot Tours Garranah? The travel company says on its forms they take no responsibility for this. Has anyone heard of the company or has this happened before and should I book a transfer to hotel to be safe
