Where to find cheap Doggie accessories in Shanghai

Hi All, I recently 'adopted' a cute little Shih Tzu pup and it's got me wrapped around its little paw! I will be in Shanghai in April and am wondering where I could pick up cheap doggie accessories (bags, clothes, harnesses, vests ... etc), not just for my dog but for my friends' doggies as well. Yes, I have gone to the dogs. LOL! Thanks a lot!
