Weather in February please?

Hi can anyone tell me what to pack for Feburary we will be in Seville on the 22nd of the month, and can you recommend a lovely restaurant for a friends birthday where you have to dress up a little for a change. Oh yes we are stopping at the San Andres hotel if that helps, this is a ladies only break,so no where romantic thanks ha Thanks alot Tricia
