Commuting on a weekday to Damansara Heights and back

I need to commute on weekdays from Seremban to Damansara Height on a daily basis. My office is near Wisma UOA. Can someone please advise me on the bus timings? Are there direct busses back to Seremban?

    wow, seremban to damansara height is very far. U might want to consider : seremban to kl sentral - by komuter train kl sentral to bangsar - putra lrt bangsar to damansara - feeder bus sorry i dun hv info on the timing for these bus schedules. happy travelling
