I googled, found this site, there is a picture shown Sepang Gold Cost, but it is in Sungai mPelek near Sepang may be it is.

Further searching couldn't find closer result. Try to get direction from whom who has invited you to this condominium. May be the area of Sungai Pelek located south of Sepang, is known as Sepang too I am not sure. Hope other VT members help.
