Happy Rail Pass

Hello! Can someone please tell me the difference between a happy rail pass and the normal ticket? We are planning to go to Seoul and stay there for 4 days. We will be arriving via Busan and will take the train to Seoul. Is a happy rail pass better to buy than the normal train tickets? thanks!
