korea during end march early april

hi all, i'll be in korea for a week working for korea motorshow,somewhere in end march. how will the weather for that time be?and also as my time will be very tight and unpreditable due to work,what the the must must see and do in seoul? and any other advices and info will be very much appreciated. thanks a bunch.
