inje ice-fishing festival vs hwacheon nara ice festival?

i wanna join the festival. i will go there from Sokcho. Do u think that i should try both (each for one day)? Jan 25 sokcho --> inje --> sokcho for the night Jan 26 sokcho --> hwacheon via chuncheon, stay in hwacheon Jan 27 hwacheon --> Seoul via chuncheon OR better just choose one festival, not to be too rush and always on transport? in that case, which festival more funs?
