Things to do for the 4th of July

I've been to Seattle many times before when I was working on cruise ships. Me and my family want to go and celebrate the 4th of July there. I've been during summer but never for long to celebrate the 4th. Any ideas on what to do or what to see?

There are the various fireworks shows scattered all over the region. This is last year's list, but you won't see this year's list until closer to 4th of July. blog.seattlepi.com/davidnels... It gives you some idea of the various places that have them.

watch the fireworks on the waterways and have a clam chowder from Ivers. cheers tommy x
