Accomodation in Seattle

I'm looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Seattle for my sister and myself for one night, April 4th, we prefer somewhere not far from 1400 6th Avenue. I'd appreciate any suggestions for an inexpensive motel, B&B or a hostel where we could have our own room.
