Traveling from Schiphol to Havana and do not have enough time to go to the Cuban embassy. Is there the option to purchase the visa before departure at the airport?
Thanks,

Hello,
I'm travelling from India to Amsterdam via London, do I need a transit visa to travel via London?
I have 8h transit time at schiphol, I am flying from Mumbai to Oslo Norway.
Can I go out of airport for a short city tour at schiphol, I have valid schengen visa
I will be traveling to Greece via Amsterdam from Atlanta, USA. On my way back to Atlanta I have a 21 h lay over at Amsterdam. Would I be able to go outside the airport and go around Amsterdam during my layover. I have an Indian passport and a US greencard. I have a schengen visa issued by the Greece consulate at Atlanta, USA. My dates of travel are within the dates listed in my Schengen visa.
how much is train fare to central station?
I visited Netherlands in February on Schengen visa issued bu Dutch Embassy in India with validity of three years.
Now I have to travel to Basel, Switzerland in April. Is the Schengen visa issued by Netherlands ( valid till 2016) valid to travel to Basel Via Frankfurt?
I am traveling from JFK and connecting in Amsterdam before continuing on to Stockholm. Do I clear passport control/customs in AMS? What is the minimum layover time I should need?
I am planning to fly to England on a UK passport from Canada in March, returning in April. My passport expires in May, which is fine for the UK. But I've heard you need 3 months on your passport to go through Amsterdam. Is this the case even if I am only going to stay in the transit lounge in Amsterdam and catching a plane within a couple of hours? I don't have time to apply for a new passport so I'll have to cancel my trip if so. There are no direct flights unfortunately.
I am traveling from Delhi to Detroit by delta airlines. I have a layover of 2 hours at Schiphol before I catch the connecting flight to Detroit. Will I have enough time to catch the flight to Detroit?
I have two round-trip flights: Edmonton-Amsterdam operated by KLM and Amsterdam-Kiev operated by Lufthansa. I wasn't able to get the same itinerary for the same price operated by cooperating airlines (example: Air Canada and Lufthansa) such that the whole trip would be coordinated by the same carrier and I wouldn't have to worry about my baggage transfers between flights; according to my travel agent, KLM and Lufthansa don't do that. Basically, on the way back I am going to fly Kiev-Amsterdam, have 3hour layover in Schiphol and then fly Amsterdam-Edmonton. Will I have to clear my baggage at the customs in Amsterdam and therefore enter the Schengen area? Technically, I do not need to leave the airport transit area since both of my flights are international but if I do, will I need a transit visa or the Schengen visa? I am a citizen of Ukraine and will have a valid Schengen visa for the first part of the trip when I am staying in the Netherlands for 5 days, but that visa is one-entry only.
Hope someone can help, I am flying in on China Southern at 19:10 hall2 and would like to connect to a flight to Basel with easyjet which is leaving at 21:15 will I have enough time to get through customs pick up luggage work to hall 3 and check in? I have a european passport. I see you can internet check in at easy jet so will do this and hopefully can speed things up. Thanks Yalllourn
Flying into Airport this Thursday morning on Delta. Meeting another party flying in on Continental. Our flights are 10 minute apart. I cannot find out where Delte and Continental fly into. Where can we safely meet each other when we arrive at the airport???
I'll be arriving at Schiphol on a Delta/KLM flight from Atlanta and connecting 90 minutes later to a KLM flight to Cape Town on Saturday, January 23. Will I need to clear any kind of passport control if I'm not connecting to the Schengen area? If yes, will 90 minutes be enough time to comfortably make my connection?
Please don't laugh - I've never ridden a train before! After arriving at Schiphol, I'll be taking the train to Den Bosch. Where do you stow your luggage on the train? Is there room to keep it near your seat? Does it cost extra to take luggage?
I am travelling on a South African passport, with KLM to Amsterdam Schiphol, and 6 hours later on Easyjet to Belfast. I will only have hand luggage. Can i stay in Transit, or will i need to clear customs - as i am using 2 different airlines? If we clear customs i will then need a visa for Netherlands?
I have a 9 hour 40 minutes layover at Schiphol. Im travelling from india to the US so im guessing i cannot enter the schengen area so will have to stay in the transit area. Can u suggest things i can do during this long layover. My baggage will be checked in through to the US so i do not have to go through baggage claim and stuff. travelling by KLM.
Hi, I am flying from BHM to Beijing via Schiphol. Will I be able to take duty free liquor, bought airside at Birmingham and appropriately sealed, through any security checks at Schiphol - I have seen reports of drink being confiscated. Thanks
I'm planning to fly from Mumbai, India to JFK, New York (KLM Royal Dutch airlines) and hoping to meet my partner during a 4 hour layover in Amsterdam Schiphol airport. I am a Indian passport holder with a US visa, no Schengen visa at the moment. He is a EU passport holder and planning to buy any random cheap ticket to be able to enter the airport that day. My question is: will this plan work? Will I be able to meet him in the airport or will I be in the non-Schengen part of the airport which he will not be able to access? Is there some other suggestion (other than applying for a Schengen visa) to make this happen? Thanks in advance!
I will be flying from Atlanta to AMS, arriving Amsterdam at 5:55am; then on same Sky Team ( Delta/KLM ) will transfer to Oslo. I have 1 hr 5 min. Is that enough time? Thank you
I intend to travel by train from Schiphol to Deurne. I believe the route takes me to Eindhoven (with a few stops in between)and then change trains in Eindhoven to Deurne. Is this correct, or must I change trains other than Eindhoven?
I will have a 12 hour daytime layover in Amsterdam flying from Nairobi to New York JFK. Delta (where ticket was purchased) says I will have to claim my bags and take them with me and KLM gives no information. The same thing happens when returning to Nairobi from Boston. 2 years ago some friends had 22 hour layovers in Amsterdam going to and from Detroit and had no problems with checked bags going through.
Any idea whether is there any discount for airline staff or can we get the VAT refund for items that we purchase there?
Sorry about the question I posed before. I failed to mention that I had only 40 minutes and was arriving from the US on a Delta/KLM flight and transferring to a KLM flight going to St. Petersburg. From what I can tell this week, the arriving flight landed in Hall 3 (that's all it said) and the flight to Russia left from D24 in Hall 2. I am assuming "Hall" refers to the 3 areas in the one terminal building. I will have 2 carry-on's with me and I am a bit worried about making the flight. The Flight from the US this week was 1/2 an hour early so I am crossing my fingers that is so again. Hopefully those tail winds will push us along. Any ideas or suggestions? Can I make the second flight? Thanks much, Mj
I will be landing in Hall 3 next week and transferring to a flight leaving from Hall 2. I will have carry on luggage with me. Will I have enough time? Will I need to go through Customs and Security again? Thanks, MJ

Dear All, I am scheduled to arrive at Schiphol on an Air Astana flight from Atyrau, Kazakhstan to catch a connecting KLM flight to Birmingham, England. Is 65 minutes a sufficiently long transfer time. I will have hold baggage and I have a UK passport.

Hopefully with breakfast included or best place to buy breakfast in the morning. Is there a good last minute site we could search on? Also need to hire a car from airport, where should we hire from as want to go to Edam area for 2 days? Thank you in advance.
