Dear All, I am scheduled to arrive at Schiphol on an Air Astana flight from Atyrau, Kazakhstan to catch a connecting KLM flight to Birmingham, England. Is 65 minutes a sufficiently long transfer time. I will have hold baggage and I have a UK passport.
Do you know if your hold baggage, if you have any, is going to be ticketed through to Birmingham?

Should be sufficient, as Schiphol airport is easy to navigate. You can download and print maps of Schiphol airport so that you will be better prepared: schiphol.nl/Travellers/AtSch... Not sure what 'hold baggage' is? Is that 'hand baggage'?

It's an off-line connection probably? So may be risky. But most probably, even on an off-line connection, baggage may be checked through. If it´s an interline connection (ticket) it will almost certainly will be. Anyway, no need to worry about immigration/passport control at Schiphol as you will stay extra-Schengen. Hold baggage is baggage that goes into the hold, aka checked baggage.
