Hi Which place, under150 dollars is really nice to stay, any tips, advice. I see Green Palm Inn for 159 plus taxes. Want to go in early May for 4 nights. Any other places to recommend, thanks.
I am suggesting the Presidents’ Quarters Inn (http://www.presidentsquarters.com/). We stopped here on our 2003 visit to Savannah. It is a well positioned inn, sitting as it does directly across the street from one of the city's several house museum sights, the Owens-Thomas House, which faces Reynolds Square, one of Savannah’s many green spaces. The Inn is clean and well appointed. In the mild weather the breakfast at this B&B is served in the garden. This is quite charming. Because historic Savannah is compact and easily walkable, the busy, hip-and-happening waterfront can easily be reached, but you will have a sense of getting away from the hustle and bustle of the party area. Enjoy this charming little town.
