houses in rural areas

by olv818 Online Now May 2, 2004 at 2:06 PM

please can anyone help, I would like some advice on buying a house on the out skirts of saskatoon, but i also wanted to be within travelling distance for schools and a excellent soccer school for my son. What are the best areas to look at and what is a good price to pay for a 5 bedroom house with all mod cons. I will be moving to saskatoon in june, but my family won't be coming until later in the year, so i have plenty of time to look around. I will be grateful if anyone could advice us as we have never been to saskatoon before. Thanks olv

By all means check MLS but, you should wait until you get there before doing too much. You may be suprised at the low prices. If you want to be on the outskirts of town consider buying a farm. You can always rent the arable land to a farmer to work. Have a look here with your son saskatoonsoccer.com/sys/inde...
