New Chitose Airport to Sapporo in late night

I would arrival New Chitose Airport after 11 pm in Jan. Would there still be train or Bus departure from airport to downtown Sapporo? The taxi fare is very expensive.

    I checked buses and trains, but unfortunately, the last shuttle bus from New Chitose airport to Sapporo leaves at 10:50pm. :(
