My grandmother was born in Fukuoka-Ken and before she left Japan for the United States in 1953 she was living in Sapporo Japan. I have the exact address where she lived and area. I want to get the Koseki for her since she left behind a brother and sister. I also want to know if anyone can help me translate a page written in Japanese.
