Highlights in Sapa Vietnam

Does anyone have any current info on Highlights to see and do in Sapa, northern Vietnam? I will be there over New Years. I would like to know of any exceptional restaurants/cafes/bars/ boutiques,in the Sapa area. I would also like to know of any beautiful walks/treks, or nearby markets/mountain villages that are worth a visit. Thanks

    when exactly will you be in sapa? I'll be there around Dec. 20 - 25 or so...
