Somewhere to stay in Sao Caetano do Sul?

Hi there I'll be spending anywhere from 2 weeks to a month in Sae Caetano do Sul from December to January and am looking for some cheap, decent accommodation. I can't find any info on hostels or short term apartment rentals or even renting a room somewhere (in the area). Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd be really grateful! cheers Kim
