Transportation to GP in Oct

Hi, I am coming to Sao Paulo for the Formula1 race in October and I'm staying at the TransAmerica hotel. I was wondering how far that is from the racetrack and what is the best transportation there? Does the metro go there or would I have to get a cab? Thanks!!!!! PB : )
