change location

SP to rio via??

Hi there have a very short 5 days in which to go from SP to rio and back again. have been recommended to spend only 1 or 2 days in rio, and then stop at Ihlabela on the way back... going by bus one way, and prob fly back. can anyone recommend this further, or suggest another way to spend this time? cheers emily
