Looking for accomodations in Zona Sul

Hi, I will be taking a teaching course in Morumbi during the month of July 2006. I am looking for inexpensive accomodations in the area for the entire month. A furnished flat, apart-hotel or pousada would be ideal, but I'm open to other ideas. I speak fluent portuguese, spanish, french and english. Thanks so much for your help.
