I am traveling with an infant and a toddler. It is better to book a taxi or a bus

Airport Service Bus takes too long and although the little ones don't pay the ticket (free of charge up to 6 years of age) you would still probably have to walk or take a taxi to your final destination.
Even better than taxis, I would recommend you to book an airport transfer so that the little ones are transported safely in child seats (not mandatory for taxis) and from the airport straight to your destination.
I live in SP and can vouch for www.saopauloairporttransfers.com who I have used before to meet, greet & transport foreign visitors and clients hassle free.
