PERCUSSION TRIP

I want to travel to cuba middle of april for about 10 days-- what is the best way to go about it-- preferably with a class for heavy duty instruction in percussion- i am a drummer--- any help or guidance will help - i would prefer to go with a license- is that possible??? thank you all for your time
