Both salsa and scuba classes are easy to set up on arrival. For scuba check out the shops in Taganga for the most reliable gear and prices. We skipped the scuba 'cause we heard there wasn't much to see but I guess if you just want to be certified it is an easy place to get it. The prices ranged from220 USD -280 USD so really not as cheap as everyone makes it out to be. 'Course it is low season now so you may get a deal? Sorry I sent all my contact stuff home just today from Panama but you will see ads for everything when you arrive.
