Which hotel would you recommend to stay with kids: 14, 9, 3?

It would be on a street off the main beach street. In my opinion the La Paloma Cottages should be able to satisfy your needs. It is hard with small children (the 3 year-old) but Apt. # 10 is ample room for five. I do have a page on Avalon. The glass bottom boat ride is a must with 3 children.
