What is most economical way to get to Oslo train station from Sandefjord?
It depends. Bus or train is more or less the same price IF you buy the train ticket in advance (www.nsb.no). There is a 5 minute walk from the bus terminal in Oslo to the central rail station. If you are going from Sandefjord lufthavn (the airport at Torp) to Oslo, there is a bus every now and then (half an hour or so after arrival of international flights). This bus is cheaper than the bus from Sandefjord. Actually, it may save you a few kroner if you take a bus from Sandefjord to Sandefjord lufthavn and then take the bus to Oslo from there. I'm not sure about this, cause I don't know how much the ticket from Sandefjord to Sandefjord lufthavn is.
