Car Rental in Sandakan

I'm trying to rent a car in Sandakan in February but most of the rental companies seem to be in KK and are charging a supplement to deliver a car to Sandakan. I've seen a couple of rental companies mentioned in Sandakan eg BM Rent a car, but none seem to have an email or website address. Can anyone help with details of companies I can contact to enquire of prices etc? I'd prefer this via internet than telephone in order to avoid misunderstandings on whats required. thanks
