Sanchursk is a villige in Kirovsky region, I don' t think you have to expect any hotels there. the nearest airport is Yoshkar-ola and IMO, if you keep correspondence with somebody (female), be careful: Yoshkar-Ola and surburbs is a centre of Russian scam. So hope you have another interest there in. Good luck, anyway!
